We stood alongside the owners of AAS Automotive CZ in the sale of their stake to a major strategic investor. The transaction opened up new opportunities for growth and further development of a production plant in the Czech Republic.
Our task
Patria was tasked with managing the sale process with a focusing on finding suitable, primarily foreign ones. Parallel to the sale process of the company, the production hall was sold to a separate financial investor was carried out, with the aim of leasing the building back to the company after the transaction was finalized.
Results
The Irish strategic investor, Decotek Automotive, submitted a bid that best met the seller's objectives, enabling the creation of a comprehensive international group in the automotive exterior materials manufacturing segment.
