Adam Přeučil joined Patria Corporate Finance as an Analyst in May 2022. He provides analytical support to the team in the process of M&A transactions and valuations and market research.
Prior to joining Patria, as a M&A consultant at Deloitte Advisory he participated in projects related to vendor and buy side financial due diligence and M&A consulting across the CEE region.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Management with a minor in Business Valuation from the University of Economics in Prague.
