Adam Přeučil joined Patria Corporate Finance as an Analyst in May 2022. He is currently working as an Associate and is responsible for identification and execution of M&A transactions.
While in Patria Adam worked on multiple closed transactions from the sector of industrials and services. He participated in the divestiture of the construction company VALCANO to the Hungarian strategic investor Duna Aszfalt, the divestiture of UNIKOV Steel to the investment group Colibri Capital, the divestiture of Plazma Plus to Interlacto, the divestiture of AMTEK to EMKO IPC and the divestiture of Tomburn CZ to COLORprofi.
Prior to joining Patria, as a M&A consultant at Deloitte Advisory he participated in projects related to vendor and buy side financial due diligence and M&A consulting across the CEE region.
Adam holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management with a minor in Business Valuation from the University of Economics in Prague.
