Transaction

Náš chléb

We represented the sellers in the sale of Pekařství Šumava Holding, a regional bakery with its own network of retail selling points. The transaction also included the sale of subsidiaries operating in the food production and distribution sector.

Our task

The seller's goal was a partial exit of the minority owner (40%), the founder of the company, and a full exit of the majority owner (60%), the Meriton Fund (part of the Miton Group).

Results

Jet Investment selected investor in the sale process, with the minority owner, the company's founder, remaining in the company as a minority, 20% owner and director and would be responsible for the company's strategic development. This is Jet Investment's first transaction in the food sector, and its entry into the company marks a new chapter in the company's development with the aim of expanding into other regions of the Czech Republic.
