Tom Křížek

Analyst

Tom Křížek has been working as an Analyst at Patria Corporate Finance since March 2026, providing analytical support in the execution of M&A transactions, valuations, and market analyses.

Before joining Patria, Tom worked in the restructuring team at PwC under Partner Petr Smutný, where he contributed to projects involving preventive restructurings, insolvencies, and M&A. He previously also worked in the Transaction Advisory department at RSM under the leadership of Lenka Zdražilová, focusing primarily on the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

Tom graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business. He earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Valuation from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, complemented by a minor specialization in Consulting from the Faculty of Business Administration.
