Vít Kulhánek

Analyst

Vít Kulhánek has been working as an Analyst at Patria Corporate Finance since February 2026. He provides analytical support to the team in the execution of M&A transactions, valuations and market analyses.

Prior to joining Patria, Vit worked at EY Parthenon, where he was part of the Corporate Finance and Restructuring team. He was involved in projects focused on financial analysis, creation of complex financial models and support for further development of companies. He also participated in restructuring projects and initiatives with international scope. He also gained valuable experience while working in the internal audit department at ČEZ.

Vít holds a Master's degree in Banking and Corporate Finance from the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University in Prague. He also graduated from the Economics and Management program at DTI University, where he received his PhD.
