Milan Bílek is responsible for the management of the Patria Corporate Finance team and projects for domestic and foreign clients in Corporate Finance (M&A, divestment, valuation, settlement between owners and fairness opinion preparation).
Milan has more than 17 years of experience in corporate finance, asset management and capital market management (4 years in ČSOB and 13 years in TPA Ltd.). Prior to joining Patria, Milan worked in Corporate Finance for TPA, where he participated in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
His realized transactions include: consulting DITON company on the acquisition of Beton Brož (concrete product manufacturer) and restructuring of its debt; advising EAA-OIL on the acquisition of HI-OIL; settlement between the owners of EKO Logistics; advising owners of Farmtec on the sale of the company to the AGROFERT Group; advising on the sale of the 2VV company to the Swedish group System Air;advising Plaček Holding on the acquisition of the Polish company KAKADU; advising on the sale of the Multi-Vac company to the French investor FranceAir; advising the owners of Teplo Klášterec on the sale of the thermal energy company to the Czech power company ČEZ; advising on the sale of SEGNOR to ROTOR CLIP USA; advising on the sale of SIEZA to the Genesis private equity portfolio. Milan has also participated in the preparation of many valuations, as well as commercial and financial due diligence.
Milan served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ETA, Vice-Chairman of the MSA Supervisory Board and member of the Supervisory Board of QUORUM Pro (securities broker). He received his master’s degree from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, where he studied operating economics.
