Milan Bílek is responsible for managing Patria Corporate Finance team and also providing Corporate Finance advisory services (M&A, financing advisory, divestitures, settlement between shareholders, valuations and fairness opinions) to local and foreign clients.
Milan has more than 17 years of experience in Corporate Finance, the management of ownership interests and Capital Markets (4Y in ČSOB and 13Y in TPA Corporate Finance).
Prior to joining Patria, he worked for the advisory company, TPA Corporate Finance, where he participated in small and mid-scale, local and regional M&A projects.
Some notable projects Milan participated on include: advisory to the company DITON within the acquisition and debt restructuring of Beton Brož, advisory to the company EAA-OIL within the acquisition of HI-OIL, the settlement between shareholders of the company EKO – Logistics, advisory to owners within the divestiture of the company Farmtec to AGROFERT, advisory to owners within the divestiture of 2VV to the Swedish investor SystemAir and many others. Milan also participated in the preparation of many valuations as well as financial and commercial due diligence.
Milan is a Member of the BoD and Executive Director of Patria Corporate Finance. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
