Patria Corporate Finance provided advisory services to CHARVÁT Group s.r.o. in connection with the acquisition of SBAJ Inmart a.s.
CHARVÁT Group s.r.o. mandated Patria to act as an advisor in matters connected with Negotiation, Analysis, Indicative Valuation and structuring the Acquisition Process of the Pre-selected Slovak Hydraulic Cylinders and Hydraulic Components manufacturer SBAJ Inmart a.s. Given the willingness to negotiate by the shareholders of SBAJ Inmart a.s. and great opportunity for further expansion of the SBAJ Inmart a.s. Patria has successfully carried out the acquisition process without any major difficulties. At the end of 2017 the SBAJ Inmart a.s. joined the CHARVÁT Group s.r.o.
The aim of the Transaction was for CHARVÁT Group s.r.o. to expand its production in the fields of hydraulic cylinders and components production also while strengthening its presence in Slovakia - that was accomplished as a result of this acquisition.
CHARVAT Group s.r.o. is one of the leading producers of hydraulic components in the Central European region. The second but no less important activity is the sale of industrial liquids of both renowned manufacturers and its own (under the CHARVAT OIL brand). The company has subsidiaries in Slovakia, Croatia and Ukraine. CHARVAT Group s.r.o. employs 550 workers and has a turnover of around 50 million euros.
SBAJ Inmart a.s., located in Slovakia, is specialising in hydraulic components production since 1970. Company is a reputable exporter to EU and USA.
