Martin Vršanský joined Patria Corporate Finance as an Analyst in October 2021. He provides analytical support to the team in the process of M&A transactions and valuations and market research. Prior to joining Patria, Martin spent two years at PwC, where he worked as a management consultant for financial institutions in matters of finance and accounting, focusing primarily on M&A transactions and financial risk management. Martin holds a master’s degree in Financial Economics specialized in Asset Pricing and Financial Analysis from the School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University.
