Peter Furda joined Patria in June 2018. He is currently working as an Associate and is responsible for identification and execution of M&A transactions. While in Patria Peter worked on multiple closed transactions from the sector of industrials, agriculture or services. He participated a.o. in the divestiture of Úněšovský statek to the family office of Mr. Tomáš Němec (Consillium), divestiture of KBNK to private equity fund Central Europe Industry Partners, divestiture of Conectart to private equity fund Genesis Capital, divestiture of TOMATEX Otrokovice to CIDEM Holding, divestiture of KONEX OCEL to AC Steel and was responsible for valuation of HAVEL & PARTNERS.
Prior to joining Patria, Peter worked in ČSOB as a Risk Advisor, where he covered portfolios of Financial and capital markets, Treasury, Pension company and Patria Finance from credit risk perspective.
Peter received his master’s degree in Finance at the University of Economics in Prague. During his studies he also gained significant experience in finance abroad, specifically at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Peter is CFA Level III candidate.
