The owner of Tommi and ASAN, instructed Patria Corporate Finance, a.s., to find a suitable investor who would highly value both companies and ensure their further development. To ensure a competitive environment, Patria has led the process as a multi-round tender. It identified a number of strategic and financial investors, both domestic and international. Only a limited number of candidates came to the due diligence phase after the submission of indicative offers from investors. After several rounds of negotiations, we managed to arrange the best conditions with the AMMA group, which was a very interesting investor for our client from the perspective of the strategic development of the companies. Finally, a share transfer contract was concluded with the investor and the transaction was settled.
The aim of our Client was to pass on his lifelong business activity to an investor who will be the best not only in terms of price but also strategic development for the company. By successfully selling the company to AMMA, all the goals set by our Client were met.
