Václav Sikora joined Patria Corporate Finance as an Analyst in August 2021. He provides analytical support to the team in the process of M&A transactions and valuations.
Prior to joining Patria, he completed internships at J&T Bank and Deloitte, where he had the opportunity to participate in projects related to financial restructuring and M&A.
Václav holds a Master’s degree in the field of Finance with a minor specialization in Turnaround Management from the University of Economics in Prague. During his studies, he completed an exchange semester at the EMLYON Business School in Lyon.
